Night Story

Weather: Rainny

Level of Happiness: 65%

It’s time for story-telling! The story background is still around my workplace. Yesterday, I was told that I had made some mistakes on the weekly report that I had prepared. Initially, I’m suspicious with that as I have checked the reports several times before I went home on Wednesday. Once I open up the PowerPoint Slides…Oohh..sHiT! I have made some mistakes on the title of those slides. Luckily the manager was not there during the meeting, or else I’m sure will get some ‘discount’ on my reputation! Aiks…. The engineer also did not scold on me….thanks god…just 酸 me a few sentences…haha

During my break time, I was having lunch together with my sifu’s, those who taught me a lot of things during my training, including the technician, the engineers from China, the customer from China and another engineer, CC, from other department. CC was talking his experience in Japan. I was so fascinated to that topic and I kept asking him about the living in Japan. According to him, most of the Japanese hardly speak English and some of them even can’t speak English! When answering my questions on whether he understand Japanese, he replied, “ Don’t worry, just using body language…sumimasen Kore one….kore…kore….how much?”, finally the Japanese still managed to catch the meaning, but I was really LOL on his actions…..haha..

Today…the climax…many big big heads are coming into my department, including all those white guys from Germany and also some customers. Just after lunch, all of us were called for a big meeting. Hey, that was the 1st time I joined them for meeting as usually the small little bird like me would not have a chance to go for a meeting with those big head! Something has gone wrong! According to that big head, TCS Manager, due to the improper management in the production, he was scolded angrily by the customers. Customers complained that we did not follow the procedures well. During the briefing, he offered RM5 for the operator who can answer his question, “What the VFIS stands for and what is the purpose of that?”….waiting…waiting…but no one managed to answer.

Since this problem already alerted our GM, the Quality-Control people also started sibuk-sibuk in our area. After the manager kap..kap…kappp with them, they started to implement the strict checking on everything, including our gowning. This one cannot, that one not allowed, that one is prohibited… oh no..suddenly like hundreds of rules need to be followed. Swt! I oso kena shoot by the Supervisor as I did not button up my suit properly. Just after few minutes, I saw he was also repeating the same mistake as me! My face really turned red at the moment and I almost want to argue with him!

After an hour later, another meeting! This time is engineering meeting. Same thing, all also kena ‘brushed’ by the engineering manager. I try to hide at the back but not successful as…..i’m so tall!! Now only I realized another disadvantage of being so tall~ haiz….

Ending part, since today is Friday, I planned to go back at 5.30pm sharp. Just when I went out from the cleanroom, I saw many people were busy in moving the tables, maybe they have to relocated everything. I was spotted by the engineering manager….”Hey, Yong, are you going back now?”….”Yaya”…” oo..ok…then nevermind la, I’ll ask the technician to help me move the thing”. Based on my past experiences, if I answer “nono…I’m free now” I think I’ll doing the cheap-labor job dunno until wat time~….clever Yong…wuhoo~~~

Okie~ it’s time to stop and sleep~…Nitezzzzz….
